房間整潔乾淨唐, 停車場太小了, 去的時候都停滿了, 還好門口賣快餐的大姐説路對面有個收費停車場 ,停了一晚收費11元 收費價格還可以

周邊的交通和吃飯很方便，房間衞生堪憂，請看看你們電話上面的塵土堆積成堆了。早餐就直接呵呵了，去樓下門口吃可能也就5元錢的標準。中午11點半回來熱得衣服都濕了，就説延遲半個小時退房我洗個澡，説不行，超過12點就自動計費，欺負我不懂嗎。房間異味也比較大

因為是培訓機構指定酒店，也就不想去挑剔硬件。幾天下來前台服務人員態度都很好。服務差評給到酒店對客户的態度。因為學習才拍了這家指定酒店。2號早上八點，我問了前台可否延遲退房，前台説我們上課可以最晚延期退房到一點半。結果上午十一點多接到酒店電話要求我們攜程網上拍的必須十二點前退房，我説：“我還在上課，可以十二點下課後去退房嗎？其他同學都沒要求退房。”客服非常強硬説：我們攜程網上拍的不行，要延遲就必須下去補延時費。
客服説話的語氣和態度確實非常讓人生氣，攜程網用户矮人一等是吧？總之攜程網上拍的就別想上完課了是吧？如果早上我問前台説酒店規定必須十二點退房，我也能收拾好行李退了房再去上課，不至於耽誤課時。既然看不起攜程網用户，建議就不要藉助攜程網平台了。又要用人家平台，又不尊重攜程用户，自己算什麼？使用攜程十幾年，第一次給酒店差評。

酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境周邊商業特別多，吃飯方便，購物也方便，服務員服務太度好，比較周到。住着舒服，這次我們是探親入住，特別滿意，下次再招待親朋好友還會來這裏！
