For an international five-star hotel, the current service level isn't as attentive as some domestic chain brands. Many services come with extra charges. The quality of the in-room consumables is quite mediocre. However, the hotel breakfast offers a rich selection, and the food is delicious and high-quality.

Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy, and the scent was just right, very comfortable. Environment: The environment was upscale and elegant, meeting the expectations of a five-star hotel. Service: The staff were enthusiastic and helped with luggage. Facilities: The facilities were a bit dated, hoping for an update and upgrade. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Great location with convenient transportation. The room is spacious, and the service is excellent. They also have a swimming pool and a gym, which are clean, tidy, and easy to use. There's even a small hot spring inside the swimming pool area, perfect for a relaxing soak.

During the May Day holiday, the breakfast restaurant was packed, but the staff were very professional. They managed to arrange shared tables for guests and delivered drink orders accurately. Compared to the Sheraton Nanchang during the Qingming Festival, the Hilton was much more thoughtful, even during a holiday. We stayed in a public rental apartment, which had a washing machine and an induction cooktop – that was a huge plus. But the absolute best part was that the hotel's exit opens directly onto the Hebei Provincial Museum.

The location is excellent, right next to the Hebei Provincial Museum. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel decorated the room and even gave us a mini cake. We had lunch at the hotel and later went to the pool, which made my child very happy. For breakfast, there were plenty of dim sum options, but it would be great to add a few more stir-fried dishes. Also, the hotel's pastries are excellent; I tried them for both lunch and breakfast. The staff at the pastry counter were very enthusiastic. The service, cleanliness, and bedding were all great. Finally, I suggest adding a shoehorn to the room.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station with plenty of bus routes nearby, making getting around very convenient. The room was clean and bright, offering great city views from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were all very kind and patient.

The hotel doorman was very attentive and helped with our luggage. The underground parking was convenient and free. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities. The room was spacious with a large window offering an expansive view. The furniture was well-designed and attractive. The lighting and power outlets were thoughtfully placed. There was both a shower and a bathtub, along with a good selection of tea, coffee, and cups. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Breakfast was plentiful, and the food was delicious. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

No need to mention the facilities, service, and environment at Hilton hotels – they're always top-notch. This particular Hilton in Shijiazhuang, soaring high into the clouds, really delivered an exceptional experience. I had such a comfortable stay!
