首先酒店的不太乾淨，而且睡覺和上廁所和洗澡在一起
隔音也很差，都能清楚的聽到打呼嚕和隔壁説話的聲音。
前台服務態度差，説話態度極其不好，態度強硬
最重要的是，石家莊鹿泉沒有疫情，但是衹要你住進去就以各種不實的理由讓你繼續住，打了投訴電話12345才可以走，黑心商家，不建議入住。
