The hotel's location is super convenient; you can take a bus directly from the JR station, and Shirarahama Beach is just across the street. The staff were very welcoming and explained all the facilities. The private onsen rooms are really spacious, offering excellent value for money.

The Wi-Fi signal was really bad. Japan seems to have a shortage of cleaning staff, so they pretty much don't offer daily cleaning services, and there's no complimentary drinking water in the room.

I‘ve been there already 3 times. It’s an older hotel but has everything you need and an onsen.  It‘s close to the beach and the orice is reasonable.

Hotel is generally clean and tidy as usual in Japan. Free parking which was excellent compare to costly parking in bigger cities. We loved the private onsen, our room was massive!
