房間小，床單上還有頭髮。一些污點，解釋説是洗不乾淨，洗不乾淨的床單又拿來用，無語，30度的温度酒店不開空調。説沒有到開空調的時間，花了錢還不能享受空調的權益！不推薦！維也納什麼時候檔次那麼低了？

房間介紹頁面上唯一寫的1.35雙床的房型，到了一看1.2，前面説是1.35，後面承認寫錯了。聯繫了一次説提供解決方案，讓我們換到標準雙床房補差價，結果是要換的話，還要我們補差價，關鍵我們訂的房間本來就是雙床房最貴的，把我直接氣笑了！後來溝通無果後，再未主動溝通，不了了之，服務素質確實一般。

房間很新，設施很好，體驗感不錯，小度小度很智能。早餐明檔比較單一衹有麪條。前台那個主管姐姐如果再多點笑容就更好了。其它都還不錯。房間做了升級並且贈送了早餐。
