We travelled with family and stayed for a couple of nights at this place. 1. Anant Rasa has two types of rooms. The higher category ones were priced at Rs 6500 whereas the lower ones were at Rs 6000 (including breakfast). We chose the lower category rooms. These rooms are dimly lit, without any balcony and with very less furniture. The bathroom too is not what we had expected at that price point. During the day too, we found out that not much of light enters the room during the day. We are highly sun loving and the dark interiors/surroundings created generated negative vibes. 2. The food options are limited and most times we didn't find it to be tasty. Especially the cream of tomato soup, sandwiches and chicken curry - which needed a lot of improvement. Also noted that ***y items listed in the menu are not available. Whereas the above two points marred our stay, I must say that the staff is very friendly. Also, the resort surroundings are supremely beautiful, being tucked away in a forest. On a clear day, the Trishul range is clearly visible and one can wake up to the chirping of birds and fresh dew on earth!
