連續住兩天，第一天感覺特別好，直接預訂了第二天的，有專車接送站服務，前台態度很好，因為之前沒有給酒店備註，導致住了和我想象中不一樣的房型，和前台溝通後積極詢問意向及調整房間，很友善，酒店位置很好，下樓步行五到十分鐘就到武商，大洋百貨，五堰步行街，房間很乾凈，有淡淡的香味，早上的早餐也乾淨又豐盛，味道也是很不錯，酒店設施顯而易見的乾淨衞生，找不出之前住過的痕跡，投影不管是大小還是清晰度也是我住的酒店中數一數二的，並且電燈窗簾全部語音控制，浴缸打掃的很乾凈，還有花瓣和浴鹽，瓶裝水不是雜牌，燒水也是凈水器，不是燒水壺，給人一種乾淨安全的心態，樓下也有葯店，很方便，第一次來十堰，因為這個酒店愛上了十堰，會經常來的，也會一直支持瀾岸酒店
