應該算惠農最好的酒店了，但是洗澡水真的太差了，首先水量很不平穩，其次温度很難把控。另外公共區域衞生需要改進。早餐還可以，但是補充不及時。前台服務需要更親和力，不要太生硬，給客人的感受不舒服。

這是我住過最差的酒店！沒有之一！金冠算是這個小縣城最貴的一個酒店了！
一進房間就是濃烈的空氣清新劑壓制下水道的味道！房間設施設備老舊，廁所更是臭的要命，想着湊合一晚算了！
入住16樓，晚上發現沒有一次性杯子問前台要，説讓我自己去一樓拿！衹有她一個人她忙着呢！
這麼大的酒店就前台一個人上班你信嗎？？？
問投訴電話多少？説沒有！
再打電話過去反問我你網上訂的吧？
