My key card didn’t work. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to come up and see what was going on. They tried another key cards still didn’t work. They sent up to maintenance guys to try and fix it. They giving me a master key card so I can back into my room. The hot water in the shower wasn’t working properly. Please upgrade the interior in rooms.. People are paying money to stay in nice hotels rooms …

The bed was comfortable and smelled clean but the sheets were covered in black makeup stains. There was a pile of ash on the floor in between the beds from a cigarette (I requested a nonsmoking room), the night stands were covered in a layer of dust, and there were piles of very short hairs in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. No trash can in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they didn’t have a response to everything but said they would tell a manager. Really gross.

The a/c in the room didnt work. I attempted to call for assistance, only to find out the phone didnt work. So, then I called the hotel from my cell phone. The automated system would not allow me to speak with a hotel representative. At this point, I had to go all the way downstairs to report the issue and request a blanket. The blanket never arrived, but they did bring a sheet. To make matters worse, I went to get in bed only to notice it was DIRTY!! Streaks of whatever was on white sheets. Never again will I reserve a room at this place.

Great location on Red River. Gave us options to accommodate any needs. Excellent food. Safe, secure, comfort- Bally’s has it all.

The parking lot was trashy and even had feces covered up with a rag in one spot. There was no security in the parking lot and the third floor is clearly used as a toilet due to the smell. The entry ways were dingy and musty and the elevators were dirty and stunk. The room smelled of dirty mop water and the toilet was clean on the seat and round the rim but the bottom of the toilet still had urine drip lines. The sheets were stained with some type of oil. The neglect is pretty obvious. Such a shame.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It smelled like sewer in the parking garage and in the hallways of the hotel rooms. My room wasn't clean and it needs to be updated with everything.

The front desk was an amazing help fixing my reservation that I messed up. The front lobby was nice and clean as were the elevators and hallways. The Room was not to say dirty dirty, just dusty. But the bed and furniture were so out dated and beat up. We had to even use 1 wall plug on side wall next to bed because there are not even outlets on side of beds night stands or lamps . The TV dresser and the desk were not even on the wall, pulled out and a little side ways. All scratched up and beat up. The prettiest part of this hotel is the bathroom. Only down fall was the nice walk in shower had hardly any water presser to be such a big and nice shower head. I was not expecting the Ritz or anything, just thought maybe Ballys would have done a good face lift for this property. I will still be back due to the fantastic team of ladies who helped me check in and out and hope it was just a bad out dated room.

I asked for a room near the elevator but got a room far from the elevator with my difficult walking it was very hard for me so I spent most of the time in my room other than that everything was fine

Our room smelled strongly of pot. My q6 yr old hated it so much she called housekeeping and asked for some air freshener (which they never did bring). However, the front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful. We were from out of state so that my daughter could have surgery at the Shriner Childrens Hospital, and they held my hand and prayed over her surgery with me when we checked in. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned either, but I felt no need to complain after that blessed woman had just prayed over us.
