來松江住過很多次，住了一週家庭房，住了很多天特價房。 枕頭埋汰老舊破損，洗浴漏水，下水不好，都是積水。
最有意思的是中午打電話，前台第一句哪個！説話！ 嚇一跳，沒素質，沒禮貌。

回家鄉探親住的最差的一家酒店，沒有之一！有太多的細節不想再拍，因為不會再選擇此酒店🏨。以後回家鄉屏蔽這家自認為的星級酒店了！我連一分都不想給！
設施：當你乘坐電梯到達房間，你會發現非常後悔選擇這家酒店，你需要等待很久才能到達入住樓層，而且還要避開早晚上班的高峯期！沒有專用的酒店直達電梯，低樓層是超市和商業綜合體，中間有很多層是公寓辦公住宅樓層，衹有3部電梯，容易滿載！去酒店的樓層需要耐心再耐心的等待！進入房間後老舊和發黴的味道隨處可見，牆紙脱落，衞生間的馬桶會左右搖晃！淋浴間的噴頭也老化了，出水的花灑體驗感很差，洗澡時下水道堵的，滿地都是水，容易摔倒！
衞生：洗手枱很房間的地毯污漬可見，由於沒有其他房間，被分到一間帶有麻將桌的房間，麻將桌也很臟，到處是很濃的香煙🚬味道，地毯污垢堆積。
環境：真的要細説停車場問題，希望友友們看到我的文章不要再踩坑！停車場就衹有酒店門前一點點的位置，如果造成堵車，你會無休止的下來挪車！甚至還會被車主辱罵！酒店的服務人員也是奇葩到家了！地下停車場是收費的停車場！跟酒店沒啥關係！早餐就不用再評價了，太臟了，菜品不多，很難吃！
服務：真的不想再評價的服務！敷衍了事，大失所望！

早上七點來鍾就被吵醒，然後在20樓的窗户外面發現有釣着的人，當時窗簾沒有拉緊，看到人影在外面晃一下子嚇了一跳。直接打電話給前台問了情況，前台當時説不知道，説要詢問一下告訴我，之後打電話告訴我臨時搶修，也並沒有過多解釋。但是酒店方這樣的説法我不認可，大早上被吵醒不説，一拉開窗户在20樓外面有人誰不害怕，並且在這個季節來説個人私隱嚴重被侵犯。施工之前一點對顧客一點通知都沒有，一大早就面臨這個情況實在是心慌不安。對這樣的酒店實在無語。

怎麼説呢，首先在雙鴨山，這確實是硬件比較好的酒店了，但是也有一些比較明顯的問題。
首先，毛巾都很舊，發灰。洗澡水的水流量很小，還不如對面的漢庭。
熱水壺也是壞的，關不上，燒開水後就會大量冒蒸汽……枕套也有破的線頭。
然後因為是特惠房，窗外總有一些噪音。
以上算是挑挑毛病吧，總體還是不錯的，房間很大，還有浴缸，有個大大的落地窗，看着對面的火車站和大山，景色很美。
樓裏7層以下是商場，吃飯購物方便，還能看電影。
距離火車站也很近，走路十分鐘就到。
酒店還是很有檔次的，房間內營造的氛圍不錯，位置也在雙鴨山最繁華的地方，但是管理要跟上，畢竟這裏新開了一家恆大酒店，絕對是個威脅。
