雙鴨山最好的酒店了，應該沒有之一了。酒店送了早餐，整體還是不錯的，畢竟價格便宜。東北的服務行業真的需要與時俱進，一定要多去學習才可以進步。

木頭味重點，是雙鴨山比較新或者最新的酒店了，環境不錯，服務很好，早餐也很好！當然，要是去市裡辦事，稍遠，離法院，公安，檢察很近。哦，對了，去市裡11-15元，基本不打表。

非常新的酒店，好像還在試營業，但一切入住條件都不錯。停車免費、早餐好。值得入住的酒店。這個城市似乎很空曠，馬路大，過一個馬路有點難，出門買東西稍微有點不便。服務正常，沒有不好，也沒有感覺很好。我的一個水壺丟在房間裏面了，打電話給她們，説查一查給回電話？

這家店試營業期間就去過，所以又選擇入住這裏，前台服務都特別好，尤其前台經理根據我們特殊情況給免費升級了房間，早餐也非常豐盛！院子裏就自帶美景！非常乾淨又美好的入住環境！

這真是一次難忘的體驗 住酒店一宿沒睡….我想知道一下，這個酒店的枕頭 你們酒店工作人員 自己躺上去感受過麼？躺上去一個大坑 跟沒枕枕頭一樣…酒店是睡覺的地方 床品都不舒適 還能讓人評價什麼呢？真的是 一宿沒睡 ….哎 酒店其他的都可以 我不去評價 ！如果想體驗體驗這個枕頭的 你們可以去感受一下 那真是極度鬆軟 ！！！！！！

住了兩夜三天，總的來説挺好。第一天晚上去中餐廳吃飯，衹有我和女兒，服務人員也耐心的點餐送餐，沒有問題。第二天早上早餐服務員素質太差，真的是一顆老鼠屎，壞了一鍋好湯。從沒見過這樣素質的酒店服務人員，後來找來值班經理，值班經理也無法與其溝通，她態度還是惡劣。我就馬上釋然了，她不是對我，是本身心態以及心理問題，沒有接受自己從事的工作，但又不得不做這個工作，從而不自覺的發生怪異的行為，我可以當做沒看見，但我憑什麼花錢承受來自服務人員的怪異行為！後來酒店給我的住宿費打了折，酒店為了這個服務員的行為道歉並買了單。我覺得酒店還是要有準入門檻的，不是什麼素質的人都可以，或者沒有必要安排在接觸眾多客人的崗位上，一個小建議。
