From the moment we were picked up hot and sweaty from the airport and handed ice cold, lavender smelling towels and cold water, we knew we'd booked the right place. This was a real oasis from all the heat and craziness of a big city. We loved it here. The rooms were luxurious and beautiful and staff helpful and attentive. The pool was AMAZING! The food, if a little limited, was lovely. The breakfasts were excellent. It felt very good value for money and getting a tuk tuk to Angkor Wat and other places was convenient, quick and cheap. Hugely recommend and will definitely return.

Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is very well thought out and intentional. Check in was a breeze- essentially a lively conversation with the manager, Christian, where we got to ask all our questions pertaining to Siem Reap and our stay. I paid in advance so there was no checkout required. Didn't have to do any paperwork at all! They've put a lot of effort into improving the customer experience. Service could not be better. Anything you ask for they can handle independently. At the time of my stay there weren't my guests so only an ala-carte buffet breakfast was available. Perfectly good business decision. I recommend the sokkhak spa nearby (choose the riverside brunch and try the riverside restaurant (for food) and riverside lounge (for drinks at sunset). The staff can order dinner for you and plate it out so it feels just like room service. For us we chose to try the street food around the hotel. There's a nice baguette sandwhich shop opposite the hotel with bbq meats for a couple USD. A very new chill cafe 1961 opposite the hotel as well and the Hot Stone and Mahob restaurants 6 minutes away. If you like street food, take a tuk tuk to street 60 markets (next to the ticket station) to try crickets, silkworms, duck eggs (with baby duck inside). Very happy with our stay here.

The hotel environment is OK, not much different from the photos on the hotel introduction. But the photo looks at the hotel is very large, in fact, the overall area of the hotel is not that large. But this problem is not big. 😂 Hotel service is good. But I didn't ask me how many floors I wanted to live on, so I booked the first floor directly. When I expressed my desire to live on the second floor, I also helped me change to the second floor in time. 👍 After entering the room, I found that the two socket switches were out of power, the speakers could not be used, and there was no electricity. The safe was out of power because the battery was out of power and could not be used. Fortunately, after my feedback, they also dealt with it in time and liked it. If I can check everything OK before I check in, if it is completely fine, I will give five stars. Finally, when the airport drop-off was not arranged. There may also be my reason, I didn't tell them one day in advance, let them arrange, and only said when they had to leave. 😅

We are booked into the hotel for four nights. The hotel is lovely with an attractive stairway as you enter the hotel. The reception staff were polite, helpful and pleasant. The swimming pool is lovely and good in size. There is a pool bar but services is slow and not very attentive to customers needs. The orchid restaurant serves a varied breakfast. The main restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The food in this restaurant is tasty but be vary as you may not always get what you ordered, e.g. you may be give large prawns instead of lobster that you ordered. The room size is very good. Getting to the main town is easy by tuk tuk and they are easily available.

The shower drain was broken, air conditioner didn’t work well.. but staffs were nice, they can speak English and when I called them to fix problem they talked to me kindly. I'm Japanese, but it's like a rural hotel? I was able to stay while enjoying the silence of Cambodia slowly. I think it is suitable for the elderly.

The location is perfect as it is midway between the temples and the city centre. The design and the interior of the public areas is amazing. The cleanliness is good for south east Asian standards. As soon as she arrived at the airport, the lady boss arranged for someone to pick him up, all the way to her hotel. The service attitude of the proprietress is really great, and every detail is in place. Help us change beds and ask us what kind of breakfast we want to eat. The breakfast made in the morning is really good, and there are plenty of fruits to eat. Wake up in the morning, the air is fresh, and I feel the harmony between nature and people, as well as the beautiful human etiquette. She was very comfortable, and the lady boss was also very enthusiastic. She asked a lot of questions. He answered and helped us one by one. When we finally went to Phnom Penh, she also helped us order a great car. I have stayed in so many hotels in China, but the sense of service is not as good as that of the boss. Good time concept, understanding of needs, orderly, and enthusiastic service, it's really great! After experiencing what is people-oriented, this is the real achievement. A gentleman loves money and takes the right way. I have experienced it, profoundly, and I am very happy to have such a life experience. When I left, I couldn’t help but gave the boss’s wife a hug, moved and wished her a prosperous business.

I am very grateful to this hotel for its hardware and software, so that we can bring us a comfortable trip during the Chinese festival. If the vintage decoration style is 10 points, I can give 12 points. The surrounding environment is very common, but it also reflects the local real situation and the unpretentious people's life. The waiter’s sincere smile, the hotel’s exquisite design, the order-based breakfast was no waste, and the coffee was great. There is no Chinese service, no luxury decoration, no jealousy and people coming and going. It is the size of Angkor Wat after the hike and we are still quiet. The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.
