My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The location is quite good, easy to walk to the National Museum, some little shops and restaurants nearby, or you can just grab a Tuk Tuk and go wherever. I didn’t try breakfast but I went for lunch at their restaurant. The food and price was very good, in addition you can get 25 % discount coupon for the restaurant when checking in. The room was clean and everything was standard and nice. The only thing I missed was more electricity outlets by the bed. I was in a twin room and there was only one socket to plug in phone, and other devices to charge. Overall was happy with my stay.

The room cleaners should have a more service mindset. The facilities are old, but the room key is also trustworthy difficulty. I was in the room, but someone mistakenly checked the room key and came in. My wife was startled and protested to the hotel front desk. It was the first time this happened, so she asked for a room change, saying she was afraid, but she didn't listen. Even working on the toilet bowl and water guide. I'm too angry to say that I forgot to leave a tip on the first day and came out. I left the tip the next day, so I cleaned the bathroom. A hotel I will never go to again. I've been running out of money.

We just spent 3 nights at J7 with wife and 20 yo son and it was excellent. The beds were large and very comfortable as was the overall size of the room and bathroom. Plenty of clothes hanging and bench space. There was also a seperate seating area and bench to work on laptop. We were on 3rd floor overlooking pool with balcony table and chairs. The room was very clean and serviced daily. Nothing was too much bother for staff and they will do anything to assist you. The most polite, helpful and friendly bunch of people you will find anywhere. They also packed us a breakfast box for our early start at Angkor Wot. The hotel in in very good condition and they keep it spotlessly clean. The breakfasts we had in hotel were of a high standard. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This place is without a doubt 10 stars in our eyes very helpful in every way . Room was very clean and comfortable , buffet breakfast was unbelievable so many choices and so tasty . They had 3 restaurants which cater to everyone’s needs . They also have the best pool, sauna and spa . They also have mudita spa on the grounds where u can get all kinds of massages and facials etc . The staff are all so friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Their complimentary pick up service from airport was an added bonus . We both highly recommend Borei Angkor Resort & Spa to all you won’t be disappointed also they are close to everything . We can honestly say it’s the best place we have stayed in our travels around the world . Great value for money with 10 stars service

The hotel is more convenient from Bar Street, and it takes five minutes by tuktuk. The staff are welcoming and polite. Passing through the lobby and the atrium is a villa with red and yellow intervals. It is built around a huge circular swimming pool. The room is large and well-equipped~ The design of the corridor connecting the room to the swimming pool is impressive~ If you miss your meal in the morning, it will be delivered to you The room is very thoughtful~

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. Indeed, the location is superior, each room has a balcony, very quiet, very beautiful, and the service is also very good. The swimming pool is big and the restaurant is also good. But the hotel facilities look too old. In fact, they only opened in 2014. How can the equipment age so quickly. The fridge looked like it was 20 years old, the mirror was fuzzy, the edge of the pool was not tiled and cracked every time it touched it. The hotel's network is poor, unable to support smooth video calls, and the coverage is not complete.

We had a great time at the FCC. The open plan layout really feels like you are in the forest despite being next to the river in town and a short walk from the action of pub street. Rooms are well appointed, and staff are extremely welcoming with great English. The breakfasts are also fantastic - make sure to try some of the Asian options which are extra special. Double spa prices before using, maybe some confusion over inclusion of tax etc.
