You don't stay at Podere Il Pero, you feel at home! A place where every plant, every scent, every tree, every decorative object has a story. Il Pero is Tuscany within Tuscany itself. The comfort and care of the room with a very comfortable bed, clean and scented sheets and towels. The shower is perfect. Everything is perfect! A charming farm with a strategic location in a quiet neighborhood, a location where birds provide the soundtrack. Gianni, Giovanna and Lorenzo have the most affectionate smiles and hugs we found in all of Italy. As wonderful and enjoyable as starting the day to discover the villages and small towns of Chianti or Val D'orcia, it was returning "home" at the end of the afternoon and finding Giovana's friendliness, Gianni's attention and care and the Lorenzo's smile for a welcoming and pleasant chat. Thank you very much for the wonderful days we enjoyed in Il Pero. Be happy! Pasquarelli Jr and Eliana.

Beautiful accommodation in an old farmhouse. Absolutely fabulous cousy double room. Nice garden with fruit and olive trees. There is also a privat car park! The host Gianni was very friendly and nice!

Il B&B e’ accogliente e arredato con gusto ed e’ molto pulito , situato in un punto strategico per raggiungere Siena Il giardino circostante e’versmente bello e ben tenuto.. un’oasi di pace!! Il proprietario gentilissimo e cordiale ci ha accolto con simpatia Siamo stati molto bene! Ci torneremo!!!

A pochi passi da Siena (1km) podere ristrutturato ed arredato in stile colonico originale, Propietari gentilissimi e disponibili, camere pulite e con tutti i comfort, Rapporto qualità / prezzo 10. Se dovessi ripassare in zona sceglierei ancora questa struttura.

L’esperienza mia e del mio compagno al Podere Il Pero è stata ineccepibile sotto ogni punto di vista… perché? Perché ci siamo sentiti a casa fra delle mura nuove, circondati da colori e profumi che ci hanno accolto dal primo istante, da Gianni e sua madre che con la loro presenza, delicatezza, simpatia e discrezione, hanno fatto parte del nostro viaggio con gioia, arricchendolo di consigli. La struttura è meravigliosa, situata in un punto nodale per visitare il centro di Siena come qualunque altra meta fra Val d’Orcia e Chianti; la pulizia è di un livello superiore, si percepiva ogni giorno un nuovo profumo di pulito; il silenzio e la tranquillità punti che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Ci siamo innamorati del Pero… e abbiamo scoperto nuovi amici toscani. Grazie, grazie, grazie.

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Gianni durante il ponte del 25 Aprile, la struttura si presenta in stile antico, tenuta molto bene. È a 15 min a piedi dalle mura del centro di Siena, consigliamo di raggiungere il centro a piedi da questa struttura visti i pochissimi parcheggi gratis e i molti a pagamento. Gianni è una persona amabile, educata, cordiale e decisamente disponibile, ci ha dato diverse dritte su dove mangiare e anche qualche indicazione di attrazioni panoramiche fuori Siena. Inoltre abbiamo avuto una piacevole chiacchierata sulla storia del palio di Siena (essendo lui fortemente attivo e partecipe nella vita della contrada) Unica nota negativa (causa covid) La colazione non era inclusa e non si poteva consumare sul posto, penso che fare colazione immersi nella pace e nel verde della tenuta valga decisamente il prezzo del biglietto, peccato non averla provata. Un giorno ci torneremo sicuramente. Forza Chiocciola!!

Abbiamo prenotato due notti in questa struttura per visitare Siena e San Gimignano. Non appena arrivati, siamo subito stati accolti con cordialità e massima disponibilità. Gianni, il proprietario, gestisce la struttura e i genitori curano l'immenso e bellissimo giardino. Struttura d'epoca, pulita e ristrutturata mantenendo il proprio stile rurale. Camera molto bella e ampia. In giardino c'erano anche alcuni giochi per la bimba. E' stata davvero un'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Ci torneremo!
