"The Hotel is located in a favorable position for visiting Siena, just a few minutes drive from the city centre. (It is not recommended to reach the center on foot, especially in the evening. The road is fast-moving and not very lit). We stayed in a spacious and clean room. The bathroom, however, was not cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast also underwent changes as the days went by. Varied and plentiful at the beginning of the stay, with little choice on the last day. What did not change during the stay was the kindness of the staff, always attentive to the customer's needs. "We were called a few hours before check-in and told that we could no longer stay at the Piccola Etruria Hotel, which we had booked, and therefore we would be transferred to the nearby "Hotel 3 Donzelle," without any explanation following our request.
