Excellent! As if it were a 5* hotel!
The reception under machine was very comfortable, and the customer service was very effective.
Room and bathroom of 10! They also have a small pool with a solarium on the roof.

This place was supposed to 1. send an email 24 hrs ahead with check-in info, 2. have staff there to check you in, and 3. have 24/7 phone help available. They had None of that. No email, No one there, Message on phone that no one is available. Took an hour to get in, a total nightmare. Others were having the same problem. Room was not as reserved. ********** was super-slow to try to help. Telling me they could not contact anyone either. Then transferring me after a long time to another person who finally got us in, but by then it was Incredibly Aggravating!

Nice location with a short drive to sightseeing spots in Ronda. Comfortable apartment, very clean and well-maintained. Free parking right near the apartment complex! Full kitchen.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The check-in procedure is clunky and the staff seems to be aware. We were tired from the road and they patiently helped us with figuring it out.
The not so good:
The ********** notification email states that the check-in process starts at 14:00, but when we arrived the staff said it was 15:00, but nevertheless let us check in.

Easy access, very friendly welcome, very clean apartment, washing machine with 1 dose of detergent, dishwasher with 1 dose, Doce gusto coffee maker with 1 dose per person, very comfortable bedding even in the BZ, terrace, on the 2nd floor swimming pool no heated with panoramic terrace, lounge atmosphere. 3 minutes from the center of Ronda. Recommended ++

“Apartamentos Martalia Arenal Ronda” was our choice on our last visit to beautiful Ronda. We opted for this accommodation since we were traveling with our little baby and we needed amenities such as a full kitchen to prepare everything she needed. Therefore, it is said, it is optimal to go with babies or children. The “Martalia Arenal Ronda Apartments” are a series of apartments located in a complex with mountain views. The aparthotel is 2.2 km from Plaza de España (about 5 minutes by car) and 2.5 km from Alameda del Tajo. Its location is the perfect choice for those who want to visit the historic center on foot or take hiking routes, while enjoying unforgettable sunsets. We found it to be a fairly comfortable and sufficient apartment so it will be our choice again on our next visit to Ronda (we always return).
