The bathroom was not cleaned properly, their whirlpool was out service and we were not told, you have to walk outside to their indoor pool house…. The breakfast was probably the best thing about this hotel!!!! 😩

, the introduction is to the hotel in 1969, which is relatively old, one year older than me. There was a strange smell in the corridor, the bed in the room was very small, the facilities were very old, the hardware in the bathroom was rusted, the refrigerator was very noisy, the faucet could not be turned off tightly, and it ticked horribly all night. The bed was too narrow and soft, making it very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. Not recommended The advantage is that the environment is very good, it is in the mountains and very quiet. There is free breakfast and parking.

The hotel is okay, with breakfast, swimming pool, and the price! Hygiene is okay

we had a really great time and the staff was really nice the breakfast was nice! and the lady who took care of us for breakfast was so nice!! she did everything to make us comfortable! we loved the heated pool also! the only thing we didnt like was early check in was 45 more dollars!! we chose your hotel for our budget but this was disappointing.

It's a decent hotel for the money. Staff was very polite. Would love to have stayed here when it was new.

The fire alarm was going off from 2:15am until 2:55am I had to be at work at 7am. To me that was just unacceptable I went and slept in my car that night because of the inconvenience. When I went to the front desk nobody was even there.

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous. The building needs some major fixes that are not at fault of the staff. Our shower wouldn’t work. The front desk was very kind. She called maintenance but they were dealing with something else and it was going to be awhile. She immediately asked if she could give it a try so I could shower immediately. She came to my rescue and I was incredibly thankful that she went above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to. Breakfast attendant is so kind and truly kept the place stocked and clean.

The rooms were dirty… they did give a different room because of the dirty room initially given to us. We went to use the pool and there was something black growing on the pool walls, the restrooms in the pool area were dirty.

Property is old and facilities are almost worn out. It is too costly for the accommodation

This property has a huge pool but it is freezing. I barely had hot water in the shower. The whole place needs updated

Property was very nice and clean The only issue I had was with the shower - you had to play around with the pull up to get the shower to turn on & very little pressure

The bed was comfortable and the linens clean. The property is in need of updating...broken doors, worn and dirty carpets, tired bathroom with broken tiles. Rooms are connected by a thin door and you can hear your neighbor.
