Service kon beter. Dit is geen 4 sterren, maar net een 3 sterren. Pluspunt is de locatie en het fijne zwembad.
Ontbijt kan beter, buffet is alleen toast ipv goed brood.

部屋の窓からの見晴らしがないのがいまいち。
掃き出し窓を開けると外になるが、
整備されておらず、隣の部屋の洗濯物などが見えて
気分が凹む。シギリヤには近い。

到前台辦入住找不到訂單，出示入住憑證都查不到，完全不知道問題出在哪裡，等了很久也不先給我們安排好房間再繼續再繼續確認核實，攜程溝通了半天也不見他們解決，這裏的服務堪憂，不知道哪裡出問題了，等了一個多小時終於先安排住下來，後來才拿了入住的單子來簽字！早餐時點單的，英式或者斯里蘭卡式早餐。酒店周邊有超市，飯店，不過在這裏吃飯點單衹打一個慢，就點了個漢堡等了一個多小時，還不好吃😓

このホテルは最悪です。
「マウンテンビュー」のお部屋を予約ししましたが、窓からは何も見えませんでした。
窓から見えるのはホテルの裏側とフェンスだけでした。
ホテルスタッフに交渉すると、「庭に出たらシーギリヤのライオンロックが見える」と言われました。
納得いかないと迫ると、ほぼすべての部屋を見せてくれましたが、他の部屋は窓すらありませんでした。
正確には、バスルームに窓がありベッドルームに窓がありませんでした。
まだ最初に案内された部屋のほうがマシだったのでその部屋に宿泊することにしました。
しかし、バスルームはひどい悪臭でした。下水のにおいです。
「少しにおう」というレベルの悪臭ではなく、お手洗いに行く度に強く臭う強い悪臭です。
そして、コバエが非常に多かったです。
部屋もそうですがレセプション、レストランエリアもコバエが非常に常ににコバエが3～4匹腕などにたかってきました。

The staff very friendly and very helpful were greeted with such a warm welcome. This property is more than 100 years ago. The food we had for dinner was the best food we had in Sri Lanka. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. We would highly recommend this place as it's in a great location very near to the Lions Rock.

What a perfect stay! I stayed for two day at here which was very delightful. Nice and Clean environment with entertainment. This place is very near to the Sigiriya Rock/Museum, Habarana Safari and Pidurangala Rock as well as Dambulla Temple also 15Kms away. The Staff was very kind and helpful. Also the manager was very helpful and he helped us to arrange a safari to eco park. Overall highly recommended hotel to stay at Sigiriya

We just spent the 1 nights here but was great from the start. Great proximity to the rock rooms were a good size, clean, good wifi and all the amenities you needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful we had dinner at the restaurant which was good.

Very relaxing stay over looking famous sigiriya rock. Staff is super friendly and very attentive, clean rooms delicious food thanks to chef and kitchen staff, very nice pool , well maintained garden , special thanks to manager Mr. Susil for looking after us, nice gentleman need more people like him, will comeback again
