Lemon Tree Hotel Siliguri

Mr Bikash !! If u visit lemon tree hotel don't forget to visit food section n meet Mr Bikash d food is so delicious n tasty ... I recommend.. It's like must visit place for food!! D buffet was simply great ! Pls try badam halwa n nizami handi.. Thanks mr chef Shrikant n ***ager mr Debashish ... They served us in nice way ! 5 star rating by me

Dispite being their regular guest they are not welcoming at all, Infact the overall standard for a hospitality industry is not 🚫 at all at apar with other hotels in the region of siliguri ... Hotel with this kind of attitude won't go very far the coordination is haywire one says something the other something else ( least bothered attitude) Being a hotel ***agement graduate myself I know wat is expected when guest are being charged the buck that they paying for.... It should meet expectations right but sorry to say yeah... Normally I'm a person who prefer giving gud review even if there is an attempt made from the hotels side yea But sadly to put it in on paper (losing a customer who comes regularly is a business which needs some attention) or else the believe of repeated customer is "business well kept "goes down the drain ....nothing shall work if the team or ***agement doesn't work as a chain where each counts to make it count ... Front office executive bipasha n team needs to do some home work on informative coordination and communication skills. (1 rotten apple can spoil the entire bunch) Krishna needs to pull the socks up as well .... Sad experience yeah overall losing regular client ........ Says it all ( nailed the coffin)

Very good hotel in affordable price. Stayed just for one night arrived late evening. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower mixture was not good, sudden burst of hot water was scary, may some one face serious accident. Breakfast was very good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

A perfectly reasonable hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We were eating from the breakfast buffet which was fine, a little too westernised but no complaints on that score. We only stayed the one night , not arriving until very late and leaving quite early in the morning so had little opportunity to sample any of the other facilities the place may have had to offer.

Had a nice cozy time with friends . Food was very well done like malai chingri , basmati pulao , and dak chicken . Bikash da and Rabi gave a really great service. He was friendly and very polite . A must visit !

After much net surfing I had zeroed in at Lemon Tree at Siliguri for one night stay while returning from Sikkim. I was with my wife and another Sr Citizen couple. I got a good deal ***** with breakfast. It was my first stay with Lemon Tree. Even though we just stayed for one night but the staff made us feel as like we were the most preferred customers. Will stay again

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff.Helpful and welcoming.very nice breakfast place.Food was good almost presentation.I would very like to crossent,muffin and fruit cake.Tast was very good.Almost thanks to the chef who made this item.come again

I wanted to book the room on call and they asked me for Credit Card Details and infact they asked me for CVV number also as per the hotel policy they should not asked for the CVV number and I called and i asked Mr. Vaibhav if they have any E-mail Id were we can have a conversation and he came send me some authorisation For taking the Payment from Credit card but he clearly denied and he said he don't have any email I'd and they don't communicate in e-mail and he was so rude that he was not ready to listen also he was just fixed in one word tell me yur CVV number as I said I'll come direct and I'll make booking he said we will not take if you come also this was a very pathetic experience i didn't expect this with lemon tree before making booking in this hotel please check...

It was an amazing experience I had experienced at this property... Everything was absolutely perfect and I felt very welcoming. Thank you to all the staffs for your great hospitality...Specialy thanx to Mr. Rajat .keep it up. Will surely visit again in near future.
