Royal Sarovar Portico Siliguri ★★★★
"The experience at Sarovar portico was amazing . The food tastes delicious . Morever the hospitality of the staff, especially Smriti is very nice."
Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri ★★★★★
"I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat."
Hotel Saluja ★★
"The hotel was good. Service was very nice. Location is optimum for tourists and near railway station Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly."
Ramada Encore by Wyndham Siliguri Sevoke Road ★★★★
"Good Location. Good Food. Room is clean. Staff specially Nidhi & Antima is very cooperative."
Hotel Saffron Crest ★★★★
"Overall very good experience in terms of stay food quality and great behaviour of staff. Specially mentioned Santosh Tamang."
The Cindrella Hotel ★★★★
"My experience is excellent Property is good location Food is excellent All facilities are excellent Ou stay is satisfactory and excellent We recommend for 5 star"
Trinity
"I chose Trinity Hotel Lexicon Matigara for a small anniversary stay but was disappointed by several issues. I had specifically requested a room away from the lift with a good view, yet the assigned room was directly in front of the lift and faced the side of the building with a poor view. The room location caused repeated noise and lack of privacy, which affected our celebration. While the staff were polite, the room allocation felt careless and not in line with the booking request. If this is how room assignments are handled at this property, I’m hesitant to book again. I hope management improves communication and respects guest preferences so future stays better match expectations."
Montana Vista ★★★★
"Hotel stay was good same with it's ambience. Located in township due to that a silent atmosphere can be find where you can enjoy piece of mind. Only issue was the room provided has a issue with automatic lock which was not fixed even after reported to the administration."
The Autograph Inn ★★★
"I had a nice experience there everything was good. The staff, interiors, ambient, everything was nice"
