環境可以，就是去的時候問好的小童樂園開放的，去了什麼都弄好了，又説不開放。本來主要就是帶孩子去玩的，卻這樣戲弄我。不過温泉還是可以的，喜歡紅酒温泉，就大人情侶出行建議去，帶小孩想玩小童樂園還是問清楚吧。還有個問題就是酒店房間的水池，洗澡後放水會漫出來。門檻太低了，建議修高點吧

從梵凈山下來，覺得這個酒店距離和設施都不錯，結果入住當天小童樂園根本沒開，孩子期盼了很久的水上樂園沒玩到，室外的泳池也沒開，很失望的睡覺，想第二天再去，結果下雨了，依然沒開，失落的離開

完全對不起4星酒店的評級。感覺就是廉價酒店。入住的這個房型超級差，床就在門口，看門的嗎？隔音不好，外面有人路過走路都能聽到。電視機的路由器機頂盒就這麼隨意擺放，桌子小的可憐。手機充電的地方都沒有，放在床頭上充電嗎？床頭上也沒地方放手機。空調還不製冷。早餐也沒有什麼吃的，種類少。

環境還可以，服務不好，我問前台退房時間是好久，服務員回答明天中午12點，我説不是都是兩點退房嗎，她不高興的回答，我們這裏就是這個樣子，是店大欺客嗎，房間泡池往房間漏水，到處都是水泡起的，如果得不到改進以後真不會去了。

去梵凈山臨時途經的一個點，温泉挺滿意的，水每天都換，服務也不錯，不過酒店設施略為陳舊。期間遇到了一些問題，但都得到了滿意的解決，特別表揚帥哥經理，態度很好，以客人為先，客房領班的態度就一般般啦。

房間空間大，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務很好，我們定的四間房，備註帶小朋友要連在一起的房間，酒店給安排的很好，附贈的温泉票很值，唯一缺點就是離市區有點遠，出租車少，出行不是很方便，如果酒店有接送車就更完美了

可以看出來當地非常不錯的酒店，不過温泉確實對我們來説是相對差一些，室外温泉池子少，屋內的私湯不夠熱，温泉方面確實不是很滿意；屋內的床衹要翻身就嘎吱的響，非常影響睡眠。
唯一滿意的就是前台辦入住的小姐姐，以及進入温泉入口時一個穿黑西服的小姑娘，服務很好，值得點贊

房间可以，但厕所有尿騷味，地上也有尿漬，房间内温泉热水不够燙，如果热一点就很好了，因为水放满了都冷掉了，前台服务热情非常有礼貌，这是唯一可以表揚的，还有要向前台多拿一支牙刷给小朋友用，前台说一間房只有2支🤣🤣，早歺还没九点半很多东西都设有了，問服务员要，服务员竟然说要下班了不补了。
