This is the biggest mistake to book this capsule. Gosh, pls read below before booking : 1) cleanliness- they place shoe, luggage everywhere 2) carpets- moist!!! With bare foot. End up i have to wear my shoe in 3) no staff to entertain you 4) toilet, living area, room place- super dirty and messy 5) female room never lock, they leave it open - cos the travellers are ignorant. They care about convenience but not safety. 6) This is the worst capsule I stayed and I realise is the travellers issue and the capsule incharge cleanliness issue cos they don't clean up.

The room is very dirty, smelly, noisy & very uncomfortable. The front desk person is not helpful. The ipad for check out is not working as well.

Not bad, 性价比高. Self check in convenient. 床舒服. 地理位置很好. Feels like a Chinese restaurant full of customers inside. If you like that kind of vibe then you will like it here

A bath towel was not provided at my bed. I contacted them but the staff is on duty until 6pm, so any guests must come by 6pm to get a bath towel. Since they never provide bath towel so I checked out then I managed to booked another hotel nearby. This is worst!

Before coming here, I was a bit worried about Little India not being safe, or being overwhelmed by Indian people, but it actually wasn't that bad. The bed looked quite clean, and the bathroom was okay. The hairdryer was really bad though; it only blew cold air and couldn't produce any hot air, otherwise, it wouldn't work at all. The main issue was that the bed was too short. It's hard for a 1.5m by 1.7m bed to be comfortable for a woman. However, the transportation is very convenient, and it's very close to the MRT station.

Worst hostel I ever stayed in. From 6pm till 8am there is nobody at the reception. Everyone can just come in and out of the hostel and the rooms. Nothing is locked. They gave me the wrong bed. Instead of having side entrance I got a bed in which I had to crawl in from the back. After calling the emergency number they just told me to relax and not to worry about it...since all the side entrance beds (which I booked!) were occupied. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Any hostel in Little India is cleaner and more organized than this. Shoes and luggage everywhere in common areas because the rooms are tiny without much storage space. My recommendation: don't ever book this nightmare place!

This is my first time staying in a hostel in my life, and I’m very pleasantly surprised: everything is clean, neat, and beautiful, and I haven’t experienced any inconveniences.
