The washing machine (for a fee) is a plus, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement! Also, the front desk's service varies greatly depending on the staff member you encounter. Employee training needs to be better; some are very responsive, while others seem completely uninterested in helping. Ultimately, it was my fault for forgetting my jacket in the wardrobe. I rushed back to the hotel from the airport because I couldn't get through by phone, and online calls also went unanswered. It was less than an hour later, but when I got to the front desk, they just made us wait, and we had no idea how long it would be. Now I have to take another ride back to the airport. Is there a disconnect between housekeeping and the front desk?

Everything was good, except for the very small bed. I requested a queen-sized bed but was only given a twin. I almost fell off the bed! Also, I think it would be better if they asked guests if they wanted their room cleaned before doing so. I stayed for two nights, and my room was tidied up while I was out, which felt strange and made me a bit uneasy. Other than that, everything else was fine. I think there was a pool too, but I didn't get a chance to check it out.

The room was clean and hygienic, but the check-out attendant was a bit fierce. It's a hotel with normal prices, and I also met a kind person who helped solve a problem, which was quite good. The front desk service attitude was great.

The room is small and a bit dirty. It's an okay temporary stay, but the central location is very good and convenient for getting around.

For the same price, the rooms here are quite spacious, but there's a musty, old smell. When we checked in, there were yellow stains on the duvet. We called the front desk, but no one picked up, so I had to go down myself. After about half an hour, a front desk staff member helped us change the duvet. The location is very convenient, and the rooftop pool is nice. Overall, it's just okay.

Great location with convenient transportation. It also has a swimming pool, but it closes at 8 PM. The room is a bit small but comes with a water dispenser, which is quite convenient. For the price in Singapore, it's a good deal, so I can't really complain too much.
