Mercure Singapore Bugis Reviews

Mercure Bugis Singapore is a great hotel to stay in, room is clean, well equipped and location is great as it is just opposite Bugis Plus and walking distance to MRT stations. The swimming pool and gym and rooftop garden is a great add on to the hotel.Will definitely return 😊

Nice hotel in good location , nearby to Bugis shopping area and mrt station. A nice infinity pool and jacuzzi in 7th floor that provide a nice view of the city. Room size is at smaller side , a bit cramp for two persons. The toilet bowl and shower area are separated each by itself and also the wash basin is near to the bed, which may not be ideal to those who prefer to have a complete toilet room. No privacy for those who share room with friend. Price is at higher side in view of the room size. Cleanliness and housekeeping is top notch though.

The hotel location is great and cobvebi with plenty of good choices and shopping choices. The service by the staff is pleasant and the hotel stay was great. The room itself was comfortable although abit small and as what was feedback, the soundproofing of the wall isn't that great but otherwise the hotel is a good choice for travellers who just want a short stay that is cheap and convenient

Overall the cleanliness of the room is clean except some mould on walls and ceiling, hope that the hotel can remove these mould. I had a room with good view, however there is only 1 stool and hope that the hotel can provide extra stool so we can sit and enjoy the view outside.

Breakfast was not good, limited menu.

Location thought not exact at the center but is walkable to Bugis Junction, Bugis+ and the food court. Room-wise love the soft high bed and that maybe I was already exhausted! Very simple room, small and not very accommodating if you have a standard size luggage (even more for if 2 persons staying).

Bang for the buck. Rooms slightly too small and gym have to be bigger. Friendly staff!

Excellent location with bus stops, train stations (Bugis, Bras Basah & Bencoolen) and shopping malls nearby. Room size was very small. Soundproofing was awful, could hear the sounds of people talking and opening/closing their doors in the hallway. Bed and pillows were super comfortable though, so I was still able to have a good sleep.

The location of The hotel is great. Close to various famous sightseeing locations. One can take bus, MRT or Grab to anywhere. With shopping malls nearby, you can buy things whenever you like😁

This hotel is at very good locatiom, near to malls and food court. 2 stops to Garden by the bay. However, the room is very small! If you stay at lower floor, you can hear the noise from the nearby club at midnight. Soundproof is not so good as well. You can hear others talking from the next room 😅 Overall is good if you want to say at a very center hotel.

The flushing of the toilet wasn’t very good. Not sure if it’s my room’s problem or in general is the same.

Overall, the room is okay, but the soundproofing needs to be improved. I could hear knocking or the sound of chairs moving from other rooms. The front desk staff are courteous, EXCEPT for a slightly chubby guy with jacket on (I think he's the duty manager). He uses vulgar language when speaking to his colleagues. I feel it's not appropriate, especially at the front desk when guests are around.

Great location with access to many shops and restaurants. Room was a little small for two of us. We enjoyed our stay.

The room clean , Good location , But the toilet ＞＞ flush toilet is not power full enough.
