Ji Hotel Orchard Singapore

I stayed at Ji Hotel Singapore from June 7th to June 12th. Having had a very satisfying experience at Ji Hotel during my trip to China last month, I opted to choose Ji Hotel again for my overseas travel. This stay was equally satisfying. What impressed me the most was Grace. She communicated professionally and efficiently, and was always enthusiastic and patient in helping me resolve various issues during my stay. I'd like to thank her and all the hotel staff for their meticulous and thoughtful service, which made the entire trip more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, making getting around very convenient. The hotel also maintains its consistently high standards of service and a clean, comfortable environment. I would recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure holidays.

Traveling to Singapore, I stayed at the Parkroyal Collection Pickering, and it felt so familiar and welcoming, especially for a first-time international traveler like me. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Fort Canning Park, with the famous 'Instagram tree tunnel' just a stone's throw away. Dhoby Ghaut MRT station is also nearby, offering multiple lines to various destinations. The hotel staff were proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive, even helping me get a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Five-star rating!

This hotel is located in Orchard Road, just a 100-200 meter walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, both the young lady and gentleman. When I asked for help, they were so kind to lend me a universal adapter and even helped me with some change. It really helped me out a lot! 🙏

The room was a bit bigger than expected, and there was enough space to open our luggage, which felt similar to a Gya hotel back home. The location is convenient and relatively quiet, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. I would consider staying here again.

The room was very clean and smelled lovely. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and thoughtful. I arrived early and they checked me in within 20 minutes. Housekeeping was also very prompt and kept the room spotless. I really liked it.

This hotel is all about convenience! While it's not huge, it has everything you need. Plus, they provide two bottles of water daily, just like back home – which is a big deal considering the price of bottled water in Singapore! The location is fantastic, right next to a bus stop and MRT station. It's also right by Fort Canning Park, surrounded by popular Instagram spots like the famous 'Insta-tree.' It's super close to all of Singapore's attractions. For food, you're all set! Orchard Road's Plaza Singapura is right behind the hotel, with Ya Kun Kaya Toast and a variety of food options on B2. Personally, I also recommend Killiney, which is conveniently located right next door to the hotel.

The hotel has a modern minimalist design, and all the facilities are new, with no signs of age or wear. The smart room features are very practical, and the cleanliness is top-notch; even the corners and under the bed were spotless. The hotel staff are very attentive and speak excellent Chinese, patiently answering questions about transportation and local conditions. I will definitely book here again on my next visit.

This is the only All Seasons hotel in Singapore. Just across the traffic light to the right of the hotel entrance is Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also only a five-minute walk to the famous Fort Canning Park tree tunnel photo spot. Many attractions are easily reachable by bus, and most MRT rides are just 4-5 stops, so the location is a definite advantage for getting around. For those who love to shop, Orchard Road is just a short walk away, with a shopping complex virtually every traffic light, making it a shopper's paradise. The hotel lobby is on the smaller side, with a front desk that can accommodate three people. Opposite the front desk is a row of seats for 5-6 people waiting to check in. There's also an orange juice vending machine by the entrance, which I highly recommend – my daughter loved getting a S$2 cup every day. We booked four nights in total, with the first three nights in a standard queen room and the fourth night in a business queen room. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded us to a business queen room for all four nights, saving us the hassle of switching rooms mid-stay. On another note, there are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which made communication incredibly easy and stress-free. The room isn't huge, but it's big enough to open two suitcases, which was perfectly fine. The only slight downside is that they only offer queen rooms, so it might be better suited for couples, friends traveling together, or business travelers. Housekeeping came every morning to clean and empty the trash, which was excellent.

The room was very clean and meticulously tidied every day. It's in a convenient location for getting around, and the service was very courteous.
