Not bad, very convenient place
The room is very quiet, even though the main road is right outside the window, there are few cars and there are free parking spaces, which is great. It is only 700-800m away from the shopping mall and subway station, and opposite Jiankang City

Pictures on the app look good. In reality, the room is very small. Supposed to come with washing machine, but there isn’t 1 in the room. You have to use the washing machines hidden at basement carpark, and pay S$5 for each wash cycle (see photo) . Also no sofa no seating area, unlike shown on the app pictures. Conclusion, don’t trust the pictures on app.

Nicholas was the most helpful and resourceful guy we have met. Seeing that my wife was on wheelchair, he came out to help us and helped us to bring our luggages to our room. Vivian was very courteous and prompt to bring us a desk and chair when we requested for it and overall even the cleaning staff is cheerful and did a great job as well as the maintenance team. Compliments to the company for have such a great team of staff that provided excellent services and a nice experience during our 10 days stay at ST Residence Novena. We highly recommend this place. Thank you

Is not like what the pics showed when we booked. Is not well taken care, windows look dusty, greenish water in the pool, the gym is useless with the treadmill broken in a tiny room without AC. Mould in the shower, the shower tap was mouldy and the rubber falling apart so we asked for a replacement. Can’t get WiFi signal in the bedroom area. I asked for a compensation due to not being able to use the gym, the guy just said they are waiting for a quotation…. For sure not worth the price 1300SGD for 6 nights

Great stay at ST Residences Novena. Location is very convenient and lots of good food around. If you have a car like I rented one, the access to highways is very convenient too. I rented the Premium One Bedroom apartment which is very spacious with balcony for relaxation. The room is very clean. The lift is just a step to the room. I highly recommend this place which I already made the booking for my next trip.
