Room was very clean and spacious for a birthday gathering with friends. Concierge team was very kind to deliver grabfood orders to our doorstep. Beds were also comfortable and overall a great stay here!

Honestly the best stay I’ve had in the longest time.It was my son’s birthday and I had a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom instead and it was amazing.Super clean and spacious and we had the best time.The view was amazing cause it was facing the sea.Thank you to the staffs for being so accommodating and welcoming.We received a complimentary cake too.I look forward to coming back here again.A great staycay!

I would like to convey my many thanks to Dao for making my birthday staycation a wonderful one since 2023 was not a great one for me. Thank you for the room upgrade and the lovely complimentary fruits platter and balloons decor and a room with a beautiful sea view from my room window. That whole thing made it so wholesome. Thank you Dao and team for your empathy :)

Managed to upgrade my room to a studio swiftly since my boyfriend requested to be the chef. Dao was amazing as they provided us with many pantry essentials like butter, cooking oil and seasonings! I find it exceptionally adorable when we can even “adopt” beautiful potted plants during our stay.

The front desk was so nice to upgrade us to a one bedroom suite for my friend’s birthday. All the staff was nice and friendly and accommodating. This is my second time staying, and for sure will return again! One of the best hotels in Singapore!

Great location in the CBD. The room is wonderful considering the expensive 200 plus price tag is better be. The front desk probably needs more training in being polite, friendly, and welcoming as well as the greeter who stands at the elevator. The restaurant food is good and the Restaurant Manager is very friendly and welcoming. They will take a deposit in cash/credit of $300. Check to make sure they have reversed it if you paid by credit card.

The staff are friendly and lovely. When I told them I had a special occasion celebration at the hotel, they sent us a complimentary balloon and a piece of cake. However, the cleanliness and hygiene maintenance really needs to be improved. The aircon was too warm and took a long long time to get back to normal temperature! Not in time to feedback to the mgmt during my stay. I hope they will look into it in future. Overall, not as good as compared to our last visit. Probably some units are in good condition and some are not.

Very close to MRT. Location is doable. Reno was done last year they say. The check in counters located on 7 FL. Kind of Confussing. Service is good.

We had a great time staying at the Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore during Christmas this year. We were warmly welcome by the staff during checkin. The staff was very friendly and even gave my baby a teddy bear as a welcoming gift. We stayed at the two bedrooms suite which was perfect for our family. We could prepare food for the baby in the kitchen and enjoyed dinner at the dinning room altogether. The location of the hotel is really convenience. It’s walkable distance to the infamous maxwell food center, the Chinatown and MRT station. The pick up spot for grab just right downstairs. We highly recommended this hotel. The buffet in the morning was really good. We stayed for 4 nights and the food were different almost everyday.

It’s a nice cozy place very much like home . Near mrt and amenities.

I love every single part of this hotel. More than enough amenities, big and spacious room, amazing view on our 22nd level, clean and comfy beds, gym with Technogym equipment, beautiful infinity pool, and lastly hotel provided a birthday cake for my partner. She loved it. Thank you for the great service. Will definitely come back again!👍
