No concierge service at the building ground floor. Lobby at 7th floor. And for those who drive, I was informed there would not be any complimentary parking for those that booked with trip.com. Complimentary parking only available for direct booking with the hotel. There is a couch in the room but it was dirty and not properly vacuum. There is no window in the room, the window is actually at the bathroom.

This hotel has a lot of style, with a chic and relaxed vibe, and the details are really well thought out. The hygiene is also excellent. Every morning, there's a capsule wake-up call. The most surprising thing is how spacious the room is, and it faces the sea. Located in the heart of Singapore's CBD, you get a glimpse into the daily lives of sophisticated office workers without being overly disturbed by tourist crowds. I'm very satisfied.

Last time, at the Okura in Bangkok, facing a similar issue, they proactively offered a late checkout until 2 or 3 PM. This hotel, however, still sticks to 12 PM. While there's nothing inherently wrong with that, the contrast with the previous hotel's Japanese-style hospitality left me feeling it was a slight imperfection.

Excellent and perfect! We booked a family suite, which was incredibly spacious, just like home. It had everything we needed, including a stove and a washing machine. The front desk staff was also very friendly and always smiling, ready to help with any issue. The infinity pool was definitely a highlight – absolutely stunning and great for photos! The hotel breakfast offered different themes. There are two metro stations nearby, neither too far. If you're heading to the Merlion, you can take a bus. There are plenty of food options not far from the hotel, and it's close to Amoy Street and Orchard Road food streets. Looking forward to staying here again next time! ❤️

Stayed with my 7 years old kid during the new year eve for 3 nights. Wonderful location !! But front desk staffs unprofessional. Totally messy when you check in, as you have no idea where to go and who to talk for the check in process, also no one mentioned the COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE until we checked out. I left important script medicine in the fridge, and tried to call many time never got answered! ! !!! Needs Mould killer for bathroom tile grout!!!

Got a nice view! I booked this room for my parents to stay whilst vacationing for holidays. The hotel location is conveniently situated in the city. Walking distance to Tanjong Pagar MRT, Lau La Sat and a lot of other hawker areas. If want to walk further, Merlion Park and MBS can be reached as well. Having said that, it was a convenient trip back to hotel after spending the countdown at the Lawn. Since my parents are both seniors and not so familiar in Singapore, these conveniences brought by the hotel was really worth the money. We got a discount for each person for breakfast when I decided to add it upon check-in because I didn’t booked the room with breakfast originally, so it’s another win. The room is spacious with a big sofa. The kitchen is also well equipped. The toilet is clean with bidet, and the toiletries feels luxurious too! My parents got a really pleasant stay!

When I arrived, I found a used toothpaste cap in the shower which might belong to the previous guests. The shower gel was also completely empty & I was already in the middle of a shower. I also noted that I wish to be away from lift but was put to be directly facing the lift. (Didnt bring up as I was rushing so I just dealt with it.) The curtains are too thin for the room, by 6.30am the sun was shining into my eyes. I hope there was a way for me to blackout the room instead as I was having a hangover and needed rest. However, the hotel did surprised me with a birthday cake & prompt in service recovery (refilling the shower gel) so I would say their service is okay.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the pool is quite large and comfortable for swimming.

I booked the rooms to celebrate my sis birthday and we have a great stay. Kids enjoying themselves, too.

Nice accommodation in cbd, room has everything you need just like an apartment and with daily housekeeping. My room had a nice view.

Good location, easy access to nice food, Lau Pa Sat. Friendly and efficient staffs. 👍🏽👍🏽

Brought a friend who was going through a rough patch for a short break and requested quiet room for that purpose in advance with the management. They were accommodating and send the below to cheer up our friends as well. Nothing fancy but its the thought that count. Would be good to top up with more coffee capsule and tea instead of 4 and had to keep calling. Other than that, we will be back for xmas gathering 😊
