I booked a room with a balcony, but the waiter initially assigned me a room without a balcony. I went to the front desk to argue, and there was another 20 people waiting in line. Requested for a full bed gave me twin, room expectation was below what was expected, door lock broken, shower has no shower door so water goes out of the shower when showering. Chiller was broken, bed was not fully covered with sheets. Only the top protector was i can see the stains on the mattress

We checked in in the afternoon, and the front desk guy arranged for us to stay on the 3rd floor, which is the bottom floor. The two floors below are the front lobby, which is equivalent to us being on the bottom floor. We asked the front desk guy for a higher level, but he said there were no rooms. Easy to check in and out. We love that it’s very near at the train station. It was also to go to the Stadium. They clean the room and change towels daily. It’s also quiet and peaceful. Nice view outside too. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located for public transportation. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. The room is quiet and clean. The facilities are a little old, but it does not affect the stay experience.
