For the sink, it's awkward For breakfast, it's written western real rice box and delivered at 7 am when people were still sleeping while we arrived at the hotel at 3 am and only slept at 4 am, making a headache 😩😭

I knew that this hotel is only 3 stars but the staff don't have understanding to situation of the guest.. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 am. My doughter have just threw up on the way to the hotel from surabaya, so i explained all to the receiptionist so maybe i can get an early check in but the answer is a BIG NO. I have to wait until 2pm to get my room. She could saw that my daughter's shirt was dirty and her condition is at a bad shape. But we still can't get check in. At the end she told me to pay 100thousand rupias to get early check in. Im very2 dissapointed

The place is good, strategic with tourist attractions of wonosari tea garden & culinary, hotel view is good facing the gap of tea garden, there is a swimming pool next door but have to buy a ticket for entering again. The waiter is very friendly And by chance, I got a room which smells probably smells from humid wood. The rollaas tea I got was exped 5 days ago. The bathroom door was not tight enough when it was closed. Value of me ... 7,5/10
