The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. I got upgraded to Progress hotel because the room in Siru hotel was full booked. Progress hotel good hotel and near walking to KFC and Grand Palace

The hotel is very near to the Brussels North station and restaurants. Plenty of options for shopping, eating, and drinking.

Nice city hotel.

Small rooms, but easy location close to the North station or to the Subway of Rogier. 15 minutes walk trough the Rue Neuve to the Grand Place (Market Square). Perfect place if you are on a low budget, but still want central location.

Good stay. I would recommend to all solo travellers. The location is perfect.

it was very cozy & nice hotel, not expensive at all. All staff are gentle. but it was shame that I found a cup with colored water on the desk, maybe someone drunk. anyway myabe I will stay next time.

Not bad

There was a smell as soon as I opened the door. It was a little better after opening the window, but it still couldn't cover up the stench from the washbasin. The worst thing was that there were only two sockets in the room. One was in the bathroom because it was for hair dryers, so there was no shelf. The other was under the table, more than 20 cm above the ground, so if you wanted to boil water, you had to put a mat on the ground and put the kettle on it, just like camping! Because there was no socket at the head of the bed! This made me have to get up and charge my phone under the table after using it at night, which was really annoying!

It is very convenient in the city center in front of the Rogier subway, close to the North Railway Station, with many shops and various types of sightseeing and fast food restaurants, etc. and supermarkets and department stores. Although the hotel is old and has refurbished bathroom equipment and is a three-star hotel, the complimentary breakfast is very high quality and the service is professional and high-end.
