"Good location. We take Flixbus from Amsterdam to Brussels. Just 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Bus to airport is just beside the hotel. Metro also very near. The opposite side is the shopping area and the sightseeing point just walking distance. A lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Very convenient and highly recommend. The north train station only 5 minutes walk then can go to Brugge."

"We booked a package mystery holiday and this was the hotel we were given. I read some reviews but hoped it would be better when we arrived. We got into the room and were greeted with an unpleasant smell. There was mould growing on the walls and the curtains were seethrough. It was late when we got back and the hotel was noisy. We decided to book another hotel as we did not want to get sick staying in a mouldy room. When we told the check in we were leaving early due to the mould and other things they did not seem shocked or offer compensation or another room. I can’t imagine we would have felt comfortable moving to another room regardless. Instead we went to Urban Yard hotel which I can recommend!"

"We arrived and were given a room with visible, strong mold on the walls. The air smelled damp and unhealthy, and it was clearly not safe – especially with a small child. When we complained, the only alternative room offered was extremely small and not suitable for a family. We had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. Despite this, the hotel charged us for the night and later marked the booking as a “no-show,” which is completely false. Avoid this place – health risk and very poor service."

"My family and I stayed at this B&B and everything was wonderful. I have been there before as a solo traveller so I was happy to bring my wife and son with me this time. Great accommodations and location. Erick was a wonderful host as always and a great breakfast was served to get us started on our day’s adventures. We really appreciated the warm freshly cooked bread :-). Thanks for a great stay!"
