Sleep Inn Airport Reviews

We live three hours away and just needed a decent room for the night prior to an early morning medical procedure. We chose this hotel for its location fairly close to the Medical Center and for the reasonable rate. I was concerned by the heavy smell of cigarette smoke just outside the entrance, but there was no trace of smoky smell once we went inside. The lobby and our room appeared fresh and clean. It looks to have received new floor coverings in the lobby and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Although this is an older hotel and shows some wear, the recent face lift has given it new life. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. This Sleep Inn is located on a busy intersection yet no street noise penetrated to our room. I made a couple trips to the convenience store across from the hotel entrance and was pleased with the staff there as well. I felt perfectly safe. I cannot comment on the pool or exercise room as we did not use them. Both areas appeared clean, but I did notice a sign reporting that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast fare offered a nice selection and is pretty typical. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend the Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

The girl working did it all. Front desk, breakfast food, you name it. Room was nice and service was great!

Close to Danny Sanford Center. Clean, easy parking, next to a big gas station. Will return in a few months

The manager was excellent! Check in went well, accommodations were good! Breakfast was excellent! It met our expectations!

I'm very pleased with my experience at Sleep Inn. The hotel was located at a convenient location. It was a short drive from the airport and located close to the bus station. Thanks again Sleep Inn.

I liked the various amenities. The breakfast was very good with lots of offerings. The gym, pool, and hot tub. The cleanliness of the room. The lotion was all gone from the little packet but I figure the one who used it up needed it more than me. ;) Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. The pillows were plenty and very comfy. It was the middle of the night before I remembered that I was the one who needed to set the temperature in the room but that was on me. It warmed right up once I did, lol. Thank you for a very nice stay!!

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was dirty, bathroom floor and shower had not been cleaned. My husband did a quick wipedown before using the toilet.

This place is as extremely run down the room smelled so musty, the area was scary and the front desk staff was never at the front desk

Was unfortunately not a good stay. The room while being repainted was still run down, beds old and uncomfortable. Odd sliding pocket door on bathroom that made it impossible not to wake everyone when you used it. hot tub jets broken, out of coffee and the state of the breakfast room made me turn around without grabbing anything. There was 6 inches of packed snow around the property due to not plowing when there was none anywhere welse on the attached business lots.

I called ahead to see if the hot tub was operational, staff said yes. Room was booked. Upon arrival staff said to not touch the newly painted walls. The problem was there was a crew in the process of painting the main hallway. It was quite a mess. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they were painting. The crew was done @7:00 pm and had everything cleaned up. It was just disappointing to have not been told when I was on the phone with the staff member the day before arrival. Otherwise, most likely 4.5 stars.

Handy...food next door. The building is need of more repairs. There were people working on it, but things were worn and could be a little cleaner. I felt safe & employees were helpful.

Sleep Inn was a really nice surprise. Rare price for a really nice environment on the inside. The neighborhood is a little shady but I felt safe and really liked my room!!

We booked this room for a medical appointment and it fit the bill perfectly!! Easy to find, rooms were very clean, beds left a little to be desired but overall a great place to stay!!
