We stayed two nights. Both mornings there was a hand-written note on yellow notebook paper on the fridge in the breakfast area that there was no milk. Two days in a row. Surely management could have sent someone over to Target to buy a gallon. Breakfast serving counter was not wiped and a large overflowing bowl of yogurt was always present.

Check-in was very simple. The room was very clean. Loved the bathroom set-up. This was our second stay here. Will be returning.

The hotel and rooms are very nice. Staff was very friendly. Bed was too firm for my liking and pillows were too big even just using one. Would have been nice to have light housekeeping and new towels brought to the room.

Breakfast needs to be tended to and refilled during breakfast hours. Check in/out process needs to be improved. Staff should know how to appropriately do their jobs. Pool was freezing cold.
