住6樓616，房間衞生間臭味刺鼻，拖鞋又臟又臭不得不自己刷拖鞋，沒有一次性拖鞋。不關衞生間門整個房間都是臭的，床邊多出一塊不小心就碰腿，枕頭套因頭髮濕弄上點污漬要我賠10塊錢，一次性刀架大包標價10元我用小包收15元，這次吉林旅行住三個酒店新三奇是最差的一個，使人非常不愉快。枕頭套因頭髮濕弄臟了是可以洗掉的，叫我們賠10塊錢是否合理？我們沒有損壞設備呀，難道説他們床單枕頭套永遠不洗嗎？攜程是否過問一下，老年人實在是受不了，無奈衹能説下次再也不住了。四平的英圖和通化的雲鼎都不錯。
