This is a good hotel in Sisli. However, it has a more casual feel than a 5-star rating. Overall, the facilities are a bit old and the bathroom needs improvement.

Excellent location and wonderful accommodation

Good location. Good rooms spacious and a room at the back is quiet too. Simple Holiday Inn no frills. The house keeping calling you in the morning if you want your room cleaned despite the do not disturb sign at the door was odd and defeats the object of not disturb sign.

Facilities: Complete, but you need to get toothpaste and toothbrush by yourself. Hygiene: clean and tidy. Environment: Located in the middle of Sisli Street, very nice. Service: The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

As usual a very nice stay at my favorite hotel in Istanbul. The location is ideal for shopping, eating and more. The team is very friendly and professional, Kadir is very helpful. Breakfast is very good and have lots of choices. Cannot finish my review before mentioning the fantastic active Younis, who goes always the extra mile to make every guest satisfied and leads by example whenever possible so thank you very much Younis for everything. I recommend this hotel for everyone to experience.

The location is convenient and the surrounding facilities are good. The room was clean and the front desk was very helpful.

The water in the bathroom does not taste good, in addition to causing damage to my skin

Recently stayed at this hotel and the stay was really good. It has good facilities such as a gym and pool as well as a plethora of breakfast options. Staff were really nice, Emre Can was very attentive and incredibly helpful. Drinks and snacks are expensive so be sure to yours from shops in the area.

The pool was not working. Floors were dirty. Pictures made the rooms seems very much larger. Immediate area is quite derelict.
