Everything is nicely prepared. View from the room is breathtaking. The private open bath in the room is awesome. Public onset is good but not fancy. Every meal is fantastic. The French dinner was delicious. The firework shows can be seen from the west-wing room, but very far away.

We came for skiing in Hokkaido. It’s better hire a car. A bit far away from skii resorts. The hotel service is the best we had so far. Love the Kaiseki cuisine.

A very nice hotel, with few people and quiet, clean and beautiful rooms. We stayed in a corner suite, one bedroom and one living room, with private bath and balcony, three sides of the sun, it feels very transparent, the only thing I am not used to is that shoes are not allowed in the room and corridor

There are a lot of bugs in the private hot spring water. I asked the hotel staff and they said it's like this in this season. Their other hotel, Mizu no Uta, has hot spring isolation boards, and the hot spring color is normal. Then the bottom suite I stayed in, there was no lake view at all. Even if you could see it, you wouldn't dare to look at it. There were all these suicidal big flies hitting the glass outside. If you dare, open the balcony door and take a look. The red marked cabinets are smelly. The air conditioner vent is above the bed. The price is more expensive than Noboribetsu Boro Noguchi. I'm embarrassed to say dinner.
