Good service, breakfast and location.

Great location at Center of Sofia. Really close from Vitosha Boulevard. Nice breakfast provided at hotel.

The location is very good, right on the pedestrian street with direct access to the subway. You can reach most attractions on foot and there are many places to eat. The facilities are a bit old, but the room is very clean. There is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, shampoo, body soap, and body lotion. The breakfast is very rich, including sweet, salty, cold, hot, vegetables and fruits. Because it's not on the main street, it's very quiet at night. The service staff are very warm and considerate, fluent in English, and have no difficulty in communication. Also helped book a day trip to Rila Monastery. Very good value for money.

The hotel was a bit disappointing. So much money (9000 rubles + 3500 rubles for early check-in) with stains on the fabric chairs and a torn curtain. The laundry smells very strongly of washing powder. The hotel did not warn that early check-in will be paid. This was very upsetting. Breakfast is a very limited selection.

Location is excellent. Staff helpful, good selection for breakfast. Basic but everything you need. My only negative is the room was like a sauna.

The location is excellent to walk around the downtown. Breakfast is good. The only thing I would improve is the shower, is hard to not spread the water on the bathroom floor while taking a shower 😰, and I saw a few bugs around the bathroom drain 😬 That will need some attention. Otherwise than that, very nice for a few nights

Excellent location - about 50 metres from the main shopping street and 100m from a huge park. Clean and comfortable.

Really handy for everything I wanted to do and see. Room was ideal - having air conditioning was fab.

Fantastic central position but a little noisy at night.

It must have ticked all the boxes to get an official four star rating, but it fell short of my expectations of a four star hotel. The bedrooms and (especially) the bath (sorry, shower) rooms were too small for comfort, the shower rooms and the bedrooms lack convenient shelving/cupboard space and the beds and bed linen were adequate but not four star standard. Yes, it was clean, well managed and inexpensive, but it did not campare with (for exampkle) a Holiday Inn or other four star chain.

A great choice for a family of 4. Spacious, comfortable and well located just a short distance from metro stop and loads of great restaurants. My new 1st choice when in Sofia.

Location is great. The breakfast is awesome, cooked inhouse everyday. The staff is friendly and responsive.
