This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. The hotel room is huge and provided with adequate amenities. Not to mention the high standard of services , staff are friendly and endeavor to help.

The room is super huge and the hotel is at good location within walking distance to all major attractions. But the hotel looks tired and the hair dryer is useless.

I really can't understand if these positive reviews are true? The room is very small and old, and the service is very poor. I booked it for two nights, but I can't even check out for one night. I have to stay. Anyway, I'm very dissatisfied and won't come back next time
