ALTRO CHE 4 STELLE... Spinto dal pacchetto ALL in Love e dalle foto viste online, decido di regalare l'esperienza alla mia compagna per festeggiare il nostro anniversario... Non l'avessi mai fatto! Struttura dallo stive vecchio e assolutamente non curato, con moquette sporca e mura consumate. La spa compresa nel pacchetto comprende solo idromassaggio, una sauna e un bagno turco... STOP! Tornati in camera, ci riposiamo prima della cena, ma veniamo svegliati da una musica assordante... Stavano preparando una serata evento nella sala di sotto e nessuno ci aveva avvisati (io amo e vivo di musica, ma la stanza tremava...)... Oltretutto la stanza aveva mura spaccate e rotte, tende bucate, luci che non si accendevano.. Un disastro insomma. Per fortuna, dopo esserci lamentati, il direttore ci cambia stanza, sempre della stessa qualità, ma almeno si poteva dormire. La sera, dopo cena, scendiamo per fare un giro della città e al ritorno non c'era più spazio nel parcheggio perché tutto occupato dalle auto della serata musicale e quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere la macchina per strada a circa 300m dalla struttura. Uniche note positive, la cena buona (anche se i paccheri dovevano essere un pochino più al dente), e il personale gentile... Ovviamente sorpresa anniversario rovinata...DA EVITARE!

We stayed for 5 nights and we had a very pleasant experience in this hotel. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean, change of towels and cleaning of the room is done every day. Breakfast is very generous with plenty of fresh bakery products including delicious croissants, yogurt and juices. They also serve at the table fresh proper coffee, cappuccino etc. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Ideal position between Salerno and Avellino. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo fatto un percorso benessere con massaggio.Ottima è l'accoglienza,molto gentili e attenti alle esigenze. L'ambiente piacevole, rilassante e silenzioso. Il percorso si divide in diverse aree a tempo che l'operatore ti indica. Pausa tisana nel mezzo , ben disposta è assortita, Il massaggio ed infine un aperitivo con prosecco. Il massaggio molto apprezzato, ha fatto la differenza! Abbiamo fatto un massaggio rilassante , l'operatrice brava e professionale, ne sono rimasta soddisfatta! La struttura consigliata , nonostante un po' datata, ma pienamente funzionale! Migliorerei l'aperitivo finale, per il resto tutto piacevole e personale cordiale

Struttura fatiscente forse è un complimento , indecente puzzolente e di uno sporco assurdo . Non so con quale criterio siano state assegnate le stelle . Muffa vicino alle finestre , cuscini di 3 euro scomodi per non parlare della coperta . Esperienza pessima , dovrebbero mandare veramente i controlli . Mai più !

È stata per noi una fuga dalla solita routine stressante.... Devo dire che ne è valsa la pena. Camere grandi e accoglienti, anche se un pò datate, la cena buona e personale gentile. La cosa più rilassante è stato il percorso Benessere e quel meraviglioso massaggio, tutto molto intimo e fatto bene. Milena e il team sono stati favolosi, delicati e attenti, un massaggio davvero dolce, ho sentito calore e affetto, ha centrato quello di cui avevo bisogno. Grazie davvero, ne avevamo bisogno. Scappare dalla routine, serve proprio a questo, a ricaricarsi e ricevere coccole tutte x sé. Alla prossima!

Siamo stati in questo hotel usufruendo di uno Smartbox. Non so se questo, come accade in altre strutture ahimè, è un motivo per non ricevere un giusto servizio. L'hotel di per sé è molto datato e anche un po' trascurato. Camera angusta, copriletto vecchio e rovinato da macchie e strappi. Anche le asciugamani erano usurate. La camera aveva un tentativo di allestimento romantico molto goffo e infantile. Un fiore glitter enorme sul letto con petali vari, una scritta in legno , dei tristi fiori più teste di rose finte sui cuscini che davano proprio una bruttissima impressione. Nonostante il divieto di fumare, il corridoio era impregnato dal cattivo odore di sigarette proveniente dalle camere adiacenti. Colazione scarna. Scesi alle 8, abbiamo trovato cereali, un plumcake, cornetti, fette biscottate, uova da fare e un paio di fette di prosciutto ma tutto mal presentato. Non da 4 stelle, e forse neanche di molti 3 stelle. Materasso comodo, molto meglio di molti altri hotel. Impianto aria condizionata ottimo fino a quando la notte non è stato automaticamente impostato a 30 gradi e non potevamo abbassarlo. Nonostante il freddo di fuori, siamo stati costretti a spegnerlo e ad aprire la finestra per riciclare un po' l'aria; 30 gradi sono tantini. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa poiché era chiusa di lunedì e abbiamo preferito andare in un pub per la cena. Il personale educato ma per niente sorridente. Se bisogna soggiornare lì ok ma se si va per scelta, per dedicarsi un po' a se stessi, è stato deludente.
