Spend a day visiting the legendary University of Notre Dame’s vast campus, located only 2.19 miles away from downtown South Bend. Free public tours are available including visits to the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes, Basilica of the Sacred Heart, the Main Building housing the Golden Dome, and the Hesburgh Library that houses “Touchdown Jesus”. Notre Dame Stadium and College Football Hall of Fame visits are not included in the free public tour, and have to be booked separately.

From South Bend International Airport(SBN)

The city is served by South Bend International Airport (SBN), the second-busiest airport in Indiana, located approximately 3.5 miles (around 10 minutes) away from downtown South Bend. Taxi service is available on the main drive outside the front entrance of the terminal.
