Hotel is nonsmoking. Needed to sign a form stating that we would not smoke in room. Great as we are nonsmokers. Room however smelled of smoke!!!! Quite a bit, about a 4/10. We were able to open windows and air it out. Able to stay, but irritated my eyes. The smoke smell was the worse. Didn't expect too much for price compared to other local lodging. Room was well cleaned and spacious but out dated and in need of some repairs. Faucet handle was broken on sink, Window screen on window that worked well was missing. Other window with screen needed to be propped up to stay open. Pool looked nice. Room was clean, front desk staff friendly, good location.

Great location, close to downtown and right across a Target and close by to Trader Joe's. Not much food around the area though. The hot tub wasn't working when we went, also the 'heated pool' was not heated at all. Rooms are outdated but you can tell by the photos.

Needed something close to the airport for an early flight. They (a) lost our reservation, (b) when they found it they gave us keys to room with people already in it, (c) have no elevator (lugging a week's worth of luggage to the 3rd foor), (d) poorly functional air conditioner, (e) overall cleanliness (hallways) was terrible. Worst hotel experience of the last 20 years easily.

I liked how convenient the place was because it's across the street from the mall and several eating areas plus it's near the bus stop.

Found old food from previous people who had the room before us. Lady nicely gave us the emergency room. It was late i was tired, never checked the room until the morning. Found a open razor blade under our bed. Also found what looked like blood splatter through out the whole room. We were told a month ago the cops had to remove a couple people. That tells me the room was never cleaned on top of it not even being vacuumed. There was still hair in the shower from whoever. I feel like if the cleaners step up a little, the place will be fine.

This is an older hotel, but kept very clean. Nice pool, hot tub out of order. Very friendly staff. Had everything we needed and is surrounded by shopping, restaurants, etc.

There were what seemed like college parties happening most of the night. The doors did not seem to be as private as they should be.

There is no elevator, but that was not stated when I called for transportation information, so we had to lug loads of luggage up to the third floor. Additionally, the whole place is rundown and needs a good scrub and facelift. Thankfully, the staff was helpful both at check in and check out - their only saving grace.

The recent snowfall had not been fully cleared from the parking lot and some of the walkways. This is Vermont, so it is not out of the ordinary, but it would have been nice to have a clear path to walk from my car to the entrance. Check-in went smoothly. Our room was very warm when we entered (81°F), but it was very easy to adjust the temperature down to a reasonable 70°F. The room was clean and did not smell of cigarette smoke (as others have reported). We used the room's refrigerator for our dinner leftovers. There was also a microwave, TV and safe. The beds were comfortable. The toilet had some issues. The toilet seat and lid would not stay up unless you held them up. Also, the tank-filling mechanism might need adjustment. Every 10 minutes, it would add more water to the tank. The sound of that got annoying overnight, so we just closed the door. We were only staying one night, so I mentioned it to the front desk attendant at check-out. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, tea and some pre-packaged muffins and cinnamon rolls.

The room was inexpensive and that is it for the pros. Now onto the cons, broken furniture, missing parts to the appliances, a fridge that buzzed horribly on the hour, WiFi that was so weak it was unable to provide a connection capable of watching shows, no phone so you have to use your cell phone to contact the desk. I'm glad it was a single evening and not a longer stay.

the room was dingy, my mattress was uncomfortable, the walls and ceilings are paper thin, I had to request a new bed spread due to the unknown source of a crusty brown stain, there are also blood stains on the carpet, Annie are you okay, you okay Annie? LOL Sorry for that.

I didn't stay at the property as they didn't have a pool or hot tub, which were promised and promoted when I made my reservation. I called ******* and asked for a refund.

Nice budget hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Definitely needs some updates and maintenance.
