Very good service at Somerset Grand Citra Jakarta. Feels at home with the helpful staff who came by to teach us how to use the washing machine. Help us with the luggage and assist in smooth check in when we arrived very late at night.
Amenities wise is also very good in the apartment.
Location is fantastic with Lotte mall , ITC Kunningan etc nearby. It is easy to visit the malls and enjoy your time in Jakarya

The service apartment location is good, just beside a shopping mall. 5 minutes walk to my office.

Was initially worried about the rooms being too old, especially with the pictures so edited.
The room was in decent condition, however the kitchen cabinets were in very bad shape.
The water from the toilet had a very bad smell when we arrived. We informed the reception and they managed it fix it and it did not become a problem again.
The furniture was old but it works.
While the room was old, I have to say that the housekeeping and cleaning service was really good, and didn't make this too much of a problem.
If you like a newer looking room, I would avoid the classic room. But you are not fussy, this is really good value.

Old hotel room with old layout, a bit creepy if you stay alone. The breakfast was quite bad for the price paid. The location is the only plus point for this hotel.

3 days 2 nights stayed there with family 3 kids, very specious 3 bedrooms but the furniture is old, location is perfect, near shopping mall, should book the upgrade room with better furniture
