The most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had so far. It claims to be a 4-star property, but honestly, even 2 stars would be generous. There’s no lift access to the lobby, which is highly inconvenient for guests with strollers or disabilities. such a poorly thought-out design!
We had to drag our wagon through the parking ramp just to reach the lobby and this is very impractical. The room smelled unpleasant, the bathroom had standing water, and the Junior Suite was not worth the price at all. The interior was outdated and poorly maintained.
Truly disappointing. I feel misled by the high ratings on Trip.com and Google Reviews. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves for future guests.

Very nice, and the price is affordable. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, much larger than typical hotels. The environment is also pleasant. Highly recommended!

Old hotel. Always find small cockroaches in the room, toilet and living area. Not worth to take big room. Normal standard room rate is acceptable with the hotel conditions. Toilet also very old and not clean. Lighting in the room not bright enough. I will not stay in this room anymore with the price that i paid. Standard room ok due to the location of the hotel. Regret to choose this CT 1 bedroom residence.

The hotel is a bit old and not very clean. At first, I was placed in a room where the lights would turn on randomly at night. Later, I was moved to a better room where this issue didn’t occur.
In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is dirty—I found someone else’s (women’s) hair in the shower.
However, the service and staff were excellent—very helpful with any request. Overall, my impression is neutral. The location is convenient.

The hotel is terrible. The laundry fee for 19 pieces was a whopping 750k. When I saw the price, I was shocked. The housekeeper didn't explain the price beforehand.
Washing one pair of socks and a t-shirt was around 70k each. It's exorbitant. (You can see the price list in the attachment)
Additionally, the landline in the room was broken, and there were rats in the restaurant.
While everything is expensive, the service was horrible.
