As a newly renovated property it is clean and provides nice linens. Housekeeping services were inconsistent and not up to par.

Property is clean and new. There was not a good job of explaining that it was pretty much mandatory valet at $29 a night. We had two separate plumbing issues in two days. The heat/ac was terrible. We either froze or were too hot. Seemed to be no middle ground. Dining was ok but far too expensive for the quality. No microwave in room. However, they will bring you one for a charge. I’m have a child with Celiac’s disease and have to travel with food for her. Their restaurants had no gluten free accommodation. Overall too expensive for what we got. Will just stay in a ****** for a fraction of the price next time.

This place was super clean. BEDS WERE AMAZING! Everything to do in Sputh Lake Tahoe seemed to be a few minutes walk away. Love that the pool stays open from 10 to 12 pm for adukts only. I got to do a few laps in the pool and relax in the Jacizzi peacefuly! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay here again 💜
