What Could we say? 3 stars?!! WE IS JUST A MOTEL OR 1 STAR ! The moment we entered the room it is smelly , and goovy. The room is really small, and old. We are on ground floor , very noisy

System was down when I arrived. I didn’t complain but waited patiently for about 30 minutes. Check in was
easy and pleasant. They upgraded me to a suite and it was nice

Great hotel, close to the lake,

The family has not seen each other for more than five years and they are planning to spend three days together here.
The service is great. There is coffee at the front desk and it is open 24 hours a day. In particular, there is a heated swimming pool and spa. It is very comfortable.

Property advertises online cotton linens in each room, also free wifi.
When arriving, You get Bedding all microfiber. Wifi signal in the room is so weak no device can connect; our room was located behind the pool which is next to the Lobby.
We went to the reception, lobby and asked for another room, with cotton linens and a wifi signal that we can connect to, as advertised, presented online.
Jessica told us all rooms are the same, same bedding (microfiber), same wifi strenght (very weak) and if we want to use the guest wifi to stay in the Lobby area.
Don't expect to get what they say it's offered.
They do have free parking.

It was mostly fair for the price. Major issues:
- Not enough parking. I had to park on the street. The main appeal of getting a place around the village is being able to park your car while snowboarding without worrying about getting towed. Luckily the gondola was closed and I had to drive anyway.
- The bedroom had 2 beds. 1 extremely soft, so soft it wouldn't hold its shape. The other one was too firm, like Tempurpedic plus.
- Checked-in at night, attendant couldn't provide any information. All questions were answered with "you have to ask to the people in the morning."
