Elevation Lodge

We arrived at our hotel after driving 6 hours to find the hotels parking lot all torn out and a company repaving. We were told we have to park down the street and walk back to our room. All lot of people were disappointed and were going else where. I canceled my room and got a place next door, long story short I won’t be staying there in the future. Thank you

We saw no breakfast area upon arriving and after we checked in we were no longer interested in eating there. The rooms are terrible. The only pleasant thing was the surprisingly comfortable bed. The shower is super small and there were zero towels when we checked in. I’d advise spending the extra couple bucks and staying somewhere else.

There’s nobody on the property. When it came time to check in, I called the number on the door. They told me to ring the bell. I rang the bell and that person told me to call the number on the door. That person clearly didn’t want to be bothered by a customer checking in. In the morning a car was blocking me in. Once again I contacted the number on the door. He said he would come and help. He never showed up. In the meantime, I was outside on a 30 degree morning, locked out of my room because I had already left the keys. I stood outside for 45 minutes before I finally found the owner of the car that was blocking me. In the meantime, while I was waiting, the management stopped taking my calls and sent me to voicemail. I will never return to this motel!

Was charged a $75 deposit fee, that was unadvertised, when arrived at the property. Spa tub was broken, vanity in bathroom leaks and was falling apart. No room service. Parking was terrible. Overall, overpriced and over rated, will never stay here again.

The place smelled ugly, the bathroom was dirty and there was no cleaning service during my stay.

We are extremely disappointed. We booked due to weather conditions. When we showed up we waited for someone that we had to call to check in. Then after waiting 15 minutes they had us drive to the other property they have to get keys. We checked out and left our phone charger and then called they answer the phone just hello so I explained where we left our charger the guy said he would check with the house keeper no call back I waited 4 hours called again and then they said nope they didn’t have it. We left it on the side of the bed on the floor closest to the door. We went from point a to point b they said nope we don’t have it. The phone charger was an expensive one. Don’t trust these people!!!

Nice and relatively clean if you’re on a budget and need a place to crash overnight.

The smoke detector beeps all night long, which led to no sleep before a long day at work. It was very inconvenient, very uncomfortable, and that’s very unfortunate because I was really hoping to be able to get a good review for this property
