Village Green Motel

It was fine, but a bit odd Good location, right across the street from the beach. The front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly. There are no ACs here and the room was stifling when we got there since it was a 90 degree day, but we were surprised that the box fan on the room cooled the room substantially once we turned the lights out. It's been a very long time since I stayed at a motel in the Cape so the environment was a little strange. In the rear courtyard, which was pretty dark, there were groups of people hanging out either sitting on chairs on the grass or standing on the 2nd floor walkway. Gave it a sort of homeless shelter vibe. And I know it's summer but no way should this place be charging $250 for a night. All that said - it was fine overall, we weren't expecting a 5 star hotel experience. It was sufficiently clean and it served it's purpose.

Good motel, just across road from nice beach. Downsides are shower stall in bathroom is very small and no air conditioning.

This is old school Cape Cod. Staff was wonderful - location incredible. Would stay here again.

Clean room, across the street from the beach, nice people and Irish owned! Only slight drawback is no A/C but that wasn’t a problem due to ocean breezes and fan in room. The property has a great pool and the water was drinking water clean. Not a fancy place to stay but affordable and a good location in S Yarmouth, particularly if you’re going to the beach as you can park at the property and avoid paying $30 for beach parking! You can also walk to places to eat that are very close. Would definitely stay there again.

The property and people were great. The lack of a/c on a hot night after getting burnt on the beach not so great

Could be an amazing place. Just needs a facelift and some help from the economy.
