房間很大，鏡子配了幾個，方便搭配衣服看效果，還有體重稱，服務也不錯，滿意！
酒店餐廳的杭幫菜可口清淡，適合南方客人口味。早餐種類較多，就餐環境幽靜舒適。

酒店很乾凈，入住體驗佳，出行方便冬天入住的，空調衹能調節，晚上不用擔心温度不適，有小孩子感興趣的遊戲板，很人性化

酒店地裏位置不錯，庭院式建築風格，整個酒店為江南風格裝修，房間有獨立露天陽台。酒店樓層不高客房1-4樓，主營住宿和餐飲。由於是淡季入住，訂的春曉的房間，前台給免費升級了柳鶯的房間，房間非常大，衞生乾淨。特殊時期不能堂食早餐是套餐，送到房間的，值得推薦的一家酒店，下次出差還選若水酒店！！！

從哈密到吐魯番的中途住了一晚鄯善縣的若水酒店，前台給的一層房間感覺有點黑暗給調換成4層，自助早餐還算不錯，午餐和晚餐可以送到房間，酒店的硬件設施在吐魯番地區都算不錯的。😄

在鄯善來説遠超過幾年前來的所有酒店了，新中式風格的酒店立面加上回型佈局的江南園林，不像在一個沙漠邊緣的酒店，這是最大的好評了。酒店其他硬件及服務沒到內地酒店的水平，但仍然是當地最棒的體驗了。

鄯善説話最**的酒店，最**的前台，一天到晚辦個入住跟別人欠他錢一樣的！升級房子能説成換房！明明好心提醒説我們插隊，結果這次來了別人插我們隊他又不説了！針對你上次六月份懟我的話，我全都發在這裏！趕緊倒閉吧！什麼樣的酒店就有什麼樣的員工！！除了房間好一點，保潔大姐好一點，你們其他的員工都是招來的哪裡的****？我心好我給你們帶來收益幫你們推親子房，我們客人入住辦了半個小時，升級房子等了20分鐘，讓你用對講機説一句話讓保潔大姐開門我們看看你也覺得我們在插隊，真的好厲害呢，前一個客人沒入住升級房子你既然覺得我們在插隊？還有你説的瓜果呢？什麼時候説過那句話？旁邊有小吃和瓜果？哈哈哈哈哈，你們馬主管説的拒接我的單子？你們真能顛倒黑白！你把監控怎麼不放出來讓其他旅客看一下？今天這條差評是給六月份在你家入住服務的！哦對，還有，前台那個漢族女工作人員還是對客人一副臭臉，怎麼？你們沒人了嗎？哦對，我原原本本的把你家發了抖音，既然你一個外地人在新疆做酒店摸黑我們新疆旅遊的形象，那我就讓你好好出名一下！！

入住期間遇到的保安先生非常凶，由於當時酒店地庫還沒開放（據說是裝修中），我們希望商量找一個陰涼處停車（長途旅行，車里食物比較多），直接跟我們講大廳涼快有空調，你們開進去大廳吧！
慶幸的是在攜程的幫助溝通下，酒店及時做出了反應：幫忙找到了合適的停車地點
