Clean, friendly staff, only thing offer breakfast but had no butter syrup and said they put milk out if it's gone it's gone

The staff is very nice. The rooms are very beat up and the sheets are stained. My room has a wall outlet out, there's something smeared on the mirror, hair in the bathtub, water on the bathroom floor, cracked doors around the building, doors that don't work, I can go on. This place should be cheaper or remodeled.

Ok this place looks ok we got a room that was smoking. Its not smoking its a room where you can step out your door and smoke. Which is ok but the room was so smokey with ashes everywhere. They said no animals in the rooms but this room had animal fur all over the floor and chair. The remote didnt work and phone to call front decks didnt work. We told them they didnt care that the remote didnt work. Also the way they have it set up if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor you have to come through the lobby to get to your room. So its a cheap room but if you like things a little room but together this place is not for you

Good hotel right by the highway. Used as the halfway point in our trip as the overnight in both directions.

The hotel folks were really nice. My only complaint is the shampoo and soap was used and not replaced. Other than that everything is great.

No TV, missing light bulbs. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, was told there were no rooms available until I begged. Got the last room, obviously not a good one.

Hotel was okay, a place to sleep. Evening check in clerk, not suited for customer service type of work

Didn’t get room we booked, got keys and they didn’t work. Went to office got new set still didn’t work. Office lady came down to unlock room and left us with no keys. No tv in room Went back to office got switched to another room. Shower was either cold or super hot Next morning workers were very rude at breakfast to not only us but to an elderly couple as well.

It was horrible our room got broken into and the lady did nothing to try to help us

We stayed two separate times in the 7 Days once on the way and once again on the way back. First time we thought the room was good and enjoyed everything till we went for the free breakfast at 620am that was offered. The lobby and breakfast was dark and noticed someone asleep on the chair in the lobby, no breakfast was out. So we left and decided to check out. Well the person asleep turned out to be the employee working the front desk and breakfast. Second time we stayed room wasn’t as nice but good for the night. Hallway looked like it needed work on the walls that looked damaged. So while asleep about 12:30am someone tried opening our door and scared us since we were asleep. I jumped out of bed to see what was happening they tried again and I had to yell through the door to get them to leave. We went back to sleep and about 12:50 am someone knocks and wakes us again turns out to be the office guy asking what my name was and he didn’t have us for that room. Hello, we had keys to enter the room we were in the room. No apologies … at the check out all got was computer glitch.

Our toilet wouldn't flush so they changed our room and in the tub was two very dirty filters that I had to take out and clean the tub

After checking in me and girlfriend walked into our dirty room that cleaners never got to. When we drove back to office to get a new room one she asked for our old key cards which we misplaced one, which we received a huge eye roll by the lady helping us. Our new room was good, besides the microwave which didnt work.

The room was not clean. The floor still has hair on it , the linens were stained, I reserved a king room and was down graded to 2 doubles when the keys to my reserved room did not work. The desk clerk did not provide good directions to locate the room and did not advise I was being switched from a king to a 2 bed room.

Hot water did not work. Room was dirty. Someone was using the vacuum down the hall at 1am. The toilet was not attached and leaked out the bottom.
