There was minimal front desk staff and it was difficult to get someone to help because they were busy doing other duties. The elevator was slow and made concerning noises. One of the sinks in the room was clogged, a tile has laying on the floor in the other, and there were only 3 towels per room when I booked each room for 5 people. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable for everyone in our group. The stairs were quicker than the elevator so we got some cardio in, the pool was very nice and well maintained, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good and constantly stocked. I appreciated having toiletries available in the rooms that were full-sized, which meant we had enough to go around for our group. The hotel was very clean.

Very nice hotel. Room looked clean,but we found two pieces of trash behind the bedside table when we plugged something in. Also, the microwave was very dirty with a wet substance that soiled my neck warmer. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay.

Great location, near places to eat and a Walmart across the street. Friendly staff and a wonderful room. They were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to the weather.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Check-in was a nightmare and the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. My reservation was given away and I was charged nearly double what I had originally reserved.

The water was cold in the shower, and breakfast was subpar. We only received two towels and if we wanted more, could only get two and had to go down to get them. Not a great stay. We stayed by the elevator and heard it every time someone went up to our floor.

My bedsheets had stains on it. Amd when removed the blanket there waa hair on it. In the bathroom dirty paper towels were left.

The property and the rooms are beautiful and clean! The hotel is still fairly new and looks A . It is apparent that the staff takes very good care of the hotel. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and made it hard to get out of the bed LOL. It was very convenient as Walmart is right across the street and the highway is less than 1 block away. I will definitely be staying there again!

Stayed here many times without issue into recently. In the last couple years, cleanliness and condition of the hotel has started to drop off with large stains on sheets that haven't been changed, mattresses that are on their last leg, and even some mysterious blood stains on pillows after a night's sleep that look like potential evidence of bed bugs. Also seems that new management is hesitant to accommodate room changes when these conditions are pointed out. Unfortunately, I think it is worth it to me to drive a little out of the way to stay elsewhere.
